What is the Studio G VIP Membership?
In an effort to make your life easier and reward you for your commitment to your creativity, becoming a VIP means a reduced hourly rate (savings of $61/hour on hourly bookings, $169 on half day, and $287 on full day), and access to the Studio G Preferred Vendor List. This group of individuals offers discounted rates and knows the ins and outs of Studio G, too, which means less hassle and more efficiency. Join here!
The monthly fee of $79 guarantees your placement as one of the limited Studio G VIP spots.
What types of rooms and spaces are available?
Studio G MKE features three distinctive rooms, all of which are yours when you reserve the space.
— A large room orchestrated best for beauty professionals hosting lash or brow trainings.
— An office space that’s perfect for dedicated, head’s down work or podcast recording.
— The main area with a photo backdrop, conference table, beauty stations, etc. This is great for brand shoots, content creation, makeup and hair, parties or hosting classes, private events (yoga, meditation, sound baths). This area faces Silver Spring and has standard street noise, so we don’t suggest this for any sort of audio recordings that you don’t want a bit more sound insulated.
I’m a photographer, how is the lighting?
Our spaces have been decorated with you in mind. Not only is the front room bright and features lots of natural light, it’s been painted and equipped to enhance the light available. There is a large white backdrop as well as numerous lamps. Let us know if you want specifics or if you’d like to come tour the space!
When is the STUDIO open? How do I gain entry?
The studio is available for booking 8am to 8 pm seven days per week, all year round. We understand that your dreams don’t take nights and weekends off, so we do our best to ensure the studio is available to you.
You will be provided with a door code in advance of the session.
If you have any questions or concerns, rest assured the front desk staff downstairs at GÄDIS Beauty is happy to assist.
Who can I bring with me?
That’s your call! There’s no additional fee, but we do ask that you keep the group to a max size of 12 in order to keep noise at a minimum out of respect for the other building tenants. NOTE: All guests are your responsibility and covered under your signed waiver.
How early can I arrive?
We’ve scheduled 15 minutes of buffer between sessions, but that is for OUR opportunity to ensure that the space is ready for the next guest. Please arrive at or after your start time and be ready to leave at your end time. For example, if your shoot or important meeting starts at 9:30 or 10AM, we’d suggest booking starting at 9AM to ensure you’re settled in beforehand. Please see the OVERAGE & LATE DEPARTURE policy below.
Tell me about the amenities?
BASIC ESSENTIALS: wifi, printer, bluetooth speaker, clothing rack, steamer, and tools for hair touch ups.
Coffee station
Seating & area options: conference table with 6 chairs, loveseat and chair, desk, workspaces, vanity stations

Photography backdrop + professional lamps
Brow/Lash Training Facility with six beds
ON SITE PARKING Easy, free parking in the back of the building. We love that our parking lot and streets around the space make it easy for you (and your guests) to park without any hassle.
FREE STREET PARKING. At busy times, our shared lot can fill up. If that’s the case and you are unable to get a spot in the lot and have an extended visit, park on Mohawk Avenue. We love knowing that you won’t need to be taking care of a meter while you’re in your creative lane.
NEARBY RECOMMENDATIONS
STUDIO G is conveniently located near multiple coffee shops and restaurants in both Whitefish Bay and Glendale. We’re directly across Silver Spring Drive from Bayshore Mall which offers a number of shops, including a Target or Trader Joes.

Coffee: Stone Creek Coffee, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks.
Food: Forage Kitchen, Kawa Japanese (directly beneath the studio).
How do I book? How do I join the membership?
In order to reserve your space, simply use the flow on our Booking page. After this, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to access the space.
If you’d like to be a VIP Member, visit this link to enroll. After that point you’ll be given a special code to receive the VIP pricing to use on your bookings.
Does the studio offer any accessibility enhancements?
Unfortunately not at this time. Studio G is accessible via a single flight of stairs.
What are the general rules and guidelines?
DOGS ARE ALLOWED — we know the value of emotional support pup or other critter. Ask us for anything other than pups.
Please no smoking or vaping.
No makeup, body oil, body sprays or self-tans directly in contact with the furniture.
Keep music and noise at a respectful level for neighboring businesses.
Be mindful of your allotted time slot, as noted above. Keep in mind you must clean up within your time slot to ensure the next booking is able to occupy their space for their entire time slot.
No shoes are allowed on backdrops besides those being photographed. Please remove shoes!
No confetti, glitter, fog or haze machines.
When moving furniture please do not drag as this is both noisy and also may damage the furniture or flooring. If you need furniture moved in advance, please let us know, otherwise use 2+ folks to pick it up and move it without dragging. Please do not move any large wall mirrors without letting us know in advance that this will be done so we can advise where to place the mirrors or move them in advance.
Any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees.
Please return all items to their original position before leaving.
POLICIES
BILLING & MEMBERSHIP
For VIP Memberships, you will be auto-charged on a recurring monthly basis, consistent with the first day of your enrollment. If you wish to cancel, please notify us in email to info@studiogmke.com with 30 days notice. This means that if you notify us in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be charged one more payment unless it’s exactly on the last day of your current cycle. Example, if your next payment processes on July 15, notify us on or before June 15.
BOOKING TIME OVERAGE & LATE DEPARTURE
Your booking starts and ends with the times you reserve, not at the time of your arrival and departure. If you require extra time to move things and load/unload at either end of your booking, please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.*Your card on file will be charged a $200 late fee if you are not able to leave the space before the end of your booking time. If you are on the fence about needing more time, it's worth the hourly rate to book generously to allow yourself some breathing room versus paying the larger fee on the other end.
CANCELLATIONS
We get that things come up! Please keep in mind the following cancellation windows.
3+ Days: You may cancel your Booking until 3 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees and deposits) of the Booking Price.
Within 24-48 Hours: Bookings between 2 days and 24 hours before the event start time will receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price.
<24 Hours: Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. There are no refunds for unused time.
Please let us know of any extreme emergencies which will be evaluated compassionately on a case by case basis.
